"A light guild is a guild who wants to see everyone happy. They feel like everyone can do some good, but not all choose to use the tools they have to achieve that. A light guild is a guild of happiness, not from other people's sorrow, not from money, but from other people's happiness" Mi said, and she meant it. It was her view of life in a way, as she liked to see people truly happy. "Haru, what is a light guild to you?" she asked her brother, as he was being a little flighty about subjects that included the guild.
Misa picked up the drawing on her pad, and walked to over to Riley. She gave the woman the picture of her, which was very detailed. A lot of times, she would profile members of the guild. Some for records, some for fun. It was natural, drawing. "I made you" Mi said like a little kid to Riley. The woman with the long black hair walked over towards them. "Mom! she said, running over to the woman, hugging her. Her mom smiled, and turned to look at Riley, with a confused and worried look on her face.

Haru jumped as the girls chair slide bad making an ear slicing noise. He stared at the girl judging her as she bowed. He couldn't understand why she was bowing. He tried to think for a moment in his silence. Was she bowing out of respect, fear, or something else he didn't honestly care about. As Haru entered a deep meditation like state Takeo gave a small chuckle to the woman. “It's alright, we don't mind. It's not that I don't believe you can't level this guild in seconds, I just don't want another bloody war declared on our soil.”[/i] The elderly man spoke as he eyes quietly looked at the warm as she returned to her calm seated position.
Haru managed to shatter his meditated state when Riley asked Misa about what she thought a light guild was. Honestly it annoyed him. He hated the labelling the government gave people to begin with so why the hell would he gave two shits about it. Soon enough Misa asked him. Haru, being Haru gave a blunt honest answer. “I don't have one. I could care less about light and dark. All I care about is that my guild that is my home and family is happy. And if anyone alters that I will drag them into the depth of hell and watch them boil alive.” his statement was shocking to Takeo but made him snicker. “ I only want my home to be safe and sound and to expand like weeds in a garden.” Haru spoke clearly.
Their mother walked closely to misa and so she pat the girls head. “Who's this.”[/i] she looked at the new woman. Takeo gave her a gentle wave of the hand, “Calm down it's Riley, the Guild Master of Griffin Wing.” The monk smiled before the mother looked at Riley once again judging her before noticing Haru's magic crawling up his leg. She quickly walked over and poked his head sending a jolt of light through him making Haru lose his eyes from the demon killing light. “Hey Mom.” Haru smiled before staring at Riley.

Riley smiled as Misa's interpretation of a light guild, watching the girl as she got up and handed her a piece of paper, with a very elaborate drawing of herself on it. The young woman blinked, looking to the girl, she smiled a little, "thank you, Misa," she said, holding the picture in her hands and observing it more closely for a moment, "it's very nice, actually. I would like to frame it and put it up in my office, if you don't mind..." She murmured, noting that the girl had run off to hug the woman from before - her mother, apparently.
"Ah, so this is a guild that will be passed from generation from generation," she mused softly, more so to herself than to anyone else. She found herself looking to Haru and Misa, wondering which of the two would inherit the guild in time, though the thought faded from her mind as she glanced to Haru, whom was apparently a pretty uptight, negative kid.
She might have said something, but chose not to as the woman from before approached, inquiring about her, "pleased to meet you, mistress," she replied, uncertain of what to call the woman, as she didn't know her name, and also being at a strange age where she didn't know if people wanted her to call them by their first name or not.
Riley couldn't help but notice the woman calm Haru, as well as his magic, though she didn't speak of it. She noticed Haru staring at her and arched a brow, beginning to wonder if she had perhaps overstayed her welcome. Glancing around, she slowly pushed herself to her feet, bowing her head a bit once more, "I apologize for my intrusion, Mister Hiroshi, Misa, Haru, milady," she said, nodding her head to each person in turn as she rose to her full height. "It was nice meeting you all," she added, smiling at them.

"You can hang it up in your office" Mi said smiling, and walked back over to Riley from her mom. At least mom isn't as worried as Haru is right now she thought. She yawned, and set to work profiling Haru as a cat. It started out all right before she added the cat parts, but when Mi added them he turned into a somewhat feminine cat. Likely because of the pink bow around his neck. "Hahahaha" she laughed, and showed her mom. Their mother started to chuckle, and Mi ran over and showed it to Takeo. He chuckled too. "Anyone else want to see?" she said still chuckling a little at her creation.

Haru stared at his mother as she managed to calm his manage at a touch of her finger. Of course she could banish evil, she was a monks daughter after all. Even though she was a woman of the light she certainly wasn’t pure. If someone was to threaten her children she was gouge out their eyes with a toothpick. Takeo looked at Riley as she stood up and seemed to be giving a farewell which held him confused. Maybe it was because his daughter seemed a little intimidating, or maybe they had met before. Who knew?!
Haru stared at Riley confused. “Nice to meet you, I'm Harumamisa, you can call me Ruma”[/i] she smiled brightly. She knew Haru was just a stingy little brat while Misa liked everyone. When she was shown the picture she laughed softly, and Takeo laughed loudly as he pat the girl on the head. Ruma looked at Riley and frowned, “Well come back any time.”[/i] Ruma said as Haru glared at Riley, “Bye.” he spoke as he stared at Misa's papers.

As Riley went to depart, she smiled a little at all of them, turning to face the door, she took a few steps and rose a hand to wave to them, her head tilted slightly to one side as she called over her shoulder, "feel free to come see my guild, if you are ever near Onibas," she offered, smiling softly as she allowed her hand to fall to her side - at which point both of her hands slid into the pockets of the long, blue jacket that she was wearing. She let out a bit of a yawn, pausing midway as her eyes narrowed a bit. Though she continued walking, with a quicker pace no less, she seemed suspicious of whatever was on the other side of the door. Without further warning, the door splintered into perhaps hundreds of pieces as a blast of high powered water slammed through it, aiming directly at Riley, whom was a few feet away from it. However, before she could take any damage because of this, a dark aura flared, surrounding her, protecting her, and utterly negating the spell that had almost hit her, leaving nothing but puddles of water all over the floor and a shattered door. "I hate when that happens," she murmured, referring to the sin eater's aura that had momentarily surrounded her. She drew her hands out of her pockets, peering back at the family that she had just met, "I believe someone is attacking your guild," she pointed out, doubting that someone would bother to attack her in such a place, the last remaining option was that they were attacking the guild itself. Her eyes slid towards the door as she heard footsteps, and several, heavily armed and armored, mages stepped into the guild. "Illegal scum," one of the men, no doubt their leader, hissed, as he looked around the room, "submit to us, or be forced to your knees!" "Bounty hunters hoping to make a quick penny, no doubt," Riley mused, nonchalantly, as she fell back a bit. "I don't really want to offend your honor by taking part in this, but if you want my help, you need only ask for it," she said, looking towards Takeo and the others as she crossed her arms over her chest. [Mana Remaining: 105/120] Spell Name: Sin Eater's Senses Type: Sin Eater Magic Level: Intermediate Range: Self; Passive Activation Description: This spell is a bit unique compared to her other spells, as it activates on it's own accordance, acting as a sort of sixth sense when something, be it a spell, item, etc, attacks an unsuspecting Riley. The aura flares outwards, neutralizing a spell (and the effects of said spell) of equal or lesser level. This spell is the manifestation of the sins of Angelo's wickedness in the Tear Desert, which she absorbed upon his death. Drawback: Can only activate once per thread, at which point the spell goes into a state of dormancy. Does not activate for spells that are of higher level. Costs 50% more magic than other Intermediate spells, due to the quick activation and outputting of magical energy.

Mi looked worried as the guild was attacked. It wasn't right, no one really told the guilds location away. "We could definitely use some help. But let me try something first" she said, running over to the people while they weren't looking. Right as Mi was right behind the hunters, she called on the spirits and pulled out a little wooden stick from her pocket. "Come help me please" Mi said, and a twelve foot circle appeared on the floor, lighting up all that was above it with a yellow light. The men started to look confused, and after the circle disappeared they walked around, confused at why they were in the guild. "What are we doing here Michael?" one man asked the leader thoughtfully. "Can someone get then far away and also burn this?" Mi asked to her family and Riley as she held the shaking stick. Spell Name: Takamagahara Steal Type: Takamagahara Level: Greenhorn Range: 12 feet in circle around Mi Description: This spell creates a small portal that allows the spirits to come and steal evil from the area of the portal and transfers it to a small item. When the item shakes it must be burned to get rid of the overflowing amount of evil in it. Drawback: Can only be used once per thread. It also only gets rid of the evil thoughts in things, and it's only temporary.

Haru had watched the woman stand up and give her regards to the guild as she bid it a good farewell. Though something wasn't right. Something was going wrong that he didn't know of even though it was faint it was happening right now. His magic quickly breaking the seal his mother put on him and crawled up his leg. The feeling of an incoming tradigdy had him hanging by a branch on a cliff as he waited to find out what it was. And soon enough the door was blown to bits. Haru's first reaction was to jump to his feet with a smile. Takeo looked at the door shielding himself from the debris by flipping the table and hiding behind it chanting something to himself. Rema managed to start fighting her way through some thugs. Haru laughed as Riley started to fight, “I'm ok with it.” he chuckled as he took a step towards some of the bounty hunters. Haru looked at the men who approached him. The blue eyes stared at them innocently, “pfft this kid is pretty damn braze ain't he?!” one of the two men spoke to the other. Haru gave a laugh before he raised his head and took a deep breath. “Damned Scream!” Haru spoke loudly as he let out a loud scream that opened up a small portal that started to violently impale the men, killing them almost instantly. Haru was left standing still and temporarily blinded, so he relied on Misa to make sure her magic didn't come close enough to him. 10/15Spell Name: Damned Scream Type: Damned Magic Level: Feeble Range: Close-Long Description: his works similar to a dragon slayers roar of the dragon but instead makes a portal in front of the users mouth as the user screams opening the portal sending arm like spikes forward and backward, and repeating impaling anything in front of him out to 5 meters. The after every spike is sent forward small needle like spikes are sent flying out 3 meters.

Riley arched a bit of a brow as Misa used some sort of stick to apparently confuse the men that were attacking the guild. She tilted her head a bit, more than a little confused herself, though she had no time to focus on this as more people began to flood into the guild, "I can get them out of the guild, but I can't-" Someone had 'snuck up behind' her, grasping onto one of her arms. She didn't even bother to use magic, simply swung a leg around, catching the man in the side of the head and effectively staggering him, "burn the stick without harming the guild. Lava magic," she explained, smiling a little to herself when she was granted permission to help fend off the foes. Which was probably a good thing, as more mages began to pour in. She noted that they were getting increasingly more powerful as well. Not much for her to be concerned about, but her eyes slid towards the guild members. It was strange, being in a guild that was not her own, fighting to protect it, but something about it made her grin a bit. It faded completely as Haru did something that offended her deeply. Her mouth became a grim line of tension, and she rose a hand, flicking her wrist and snapping her fingers, Haru would feel the forces of gravity itself grasp onto him, weighing him down towards the ground. She didn't use this spell as violently as she usually did, but it would likely still cause him to hit the ground a little hard. She was aware that she had potentially just made an enemy of the guild, but with that being said, she didn't want to make friends with any guild that could do such an offensive thing without remorse. "Human lives are not something to be taken so cheaply," she told him, and as she spoke, she extended an arm, putting forth a single finger, which began to glow at the tip as she drew a magical circle in the air. This circle filled with darkness, and a volley of 'meteors' shot forth, at some of the men that remained, "you may be protecting your guild, but killing these men makes you worse than they are. At least they just want to capture you, to kill them while smiling like that is just... Disgusting." She shook her head, clearly irritated, and any hopes she had of Kitsune's Lament being a potential ally seemed to fade from her mind. Riley swallowed hard, "say what you like, about this guild being all you need, about not caring about what anyone else thinks, but if you continue to act so callously then people will only turn a blind eye for so long, before they rain hell down upon you and your guild, and the only person you will have to blame for that is yourself."[Mana Remaining: 95/120] Spell Name: Gravity’s Grasp Type: Heavenly Body Level: Mediocre Range: 50 feet Description: Riley flicks her wrist before suddenly gravity itself grabs a single target, yanking them down and slamming it into the earth with surprising force - pinning them down for a short time as well as crushing them with gravitational force and pain. Drawback: The spell has a two post cool down between uses, the target can only be pinned down for two posts, and if they are stronger then Riley they can shatter the binding.
Spell Name: Meteor Reign Type: Heavenly Body Magic Level: Mediocre Range: As far as her arm can reach (casting). The 'meteoroids' can reach up to 20 feet. Description: Using both hands, she connects the tips of her two pointer fingers, which spark with the energy of meteors. She quickly draws a large circle before herself, her two fingers reconnecting and the thread a complete circle. The space within the loop darkens to complete blackness, and from this darkness a volley of baseball sized orbs blast forth. Drawback: Can require a lot of energy, if she chooses to upkeep the spell for too long.

Misa watched as Ruma burst into tears as Haru killed those people. She always did when he did that. It wasn't right to Mi, everyone deserved to live, and when Haru did it she started crying too. "Why Haru? Did you have to do it? I had taken the bad thoughts of attacking from their heads so it would stop! Why did yougo and kill them?!" she said, crying. Her mother walked over and patted her shoulder. "I know he didn't mean to, but what he went through when he was little still affects him" she said sadly. "I don't get it Haru. How do you kill someone so easily? The act of taking a life is considered illegal by any counts, and you didn't give them a reason to speak their minds!" Mi said. It was always like this when he killed like that. The killing that rarely happened around the guild was mostly gone, only use against bitter enemies. This attack was more like a petty dark guild looking for money by attacking a larger guild. "It was a petty guild looking for money" she said to the few people she knew well near her with whom she had been talking to earlier. Now more serious, Mi turned to her grandfather. "What do we do about this? They attacked us, and we have nothing to do with them" she stated, pointing at the now defeated masses of men.

Haru had killed a man. To him it wasn't that big of a deal. Like really, it's someone who was going to attack him and they had the nerve to come in and assault their guild. This had been happening more frequently lately. Everyone here knew they weren't here for a bounty but a job. Honestly a life to Haru was nothing but another rock, including his own. Haru couldn't just let these people walk away from assaulting them.
Soon after that Haru was slammed into the floor with a loud grunt. “What....?” he looked around confused and mentally lost. Soon enough his gloomy eyes found their target, Riley. His cold eyes where wanting to kill her. Right now he honestly felt the betrayal of the woman. They brought her into his home and she wanted to help but attacked an ally. Haru spat on the ground seeing as he was finding it hard to swallow.
“You know nothing. Look around! How many of our people are dead!” Haru snapped as he the few that stayed behind to fight where either morally wounded or dead and thrown into a pile by the hunters. “You don't have to worry about getting killed everyday of your life. Every who joins here is a target, and their families because their families are too scared or they are killed or taken as hostages. So what makes you decide what is just and unjust!” Haru's voice raised and cracked.
The boy allowed his cold eyes to return to the woman and raised a growl to Misa, “MISA! You know this so don't try to justify what I did! As far as I'm concerned they came here for blood shed and that's what they are going to get!” The young boy recalled as Takeo looked at Misa giving a deep sigh. “Misa.....there is nothing we can do. The government won't help. I'm sure if miss Riley here did say they attacked us they'd make her take us into custody. And we can't kill them or lock them away.” Takeo spoke as he stared at Haru sighing. “ Riley, children learn from mistakes, so I ask that you let him go. After all children don't learn from being battered around miss Riley.”[/i] Takeo spoke to her. “I'm sure a young lady like you still has those days fresh in their mind.”[/i]

Riley shook her head a bit, utterly unmoved by his words. Certainly, people were wounded, but it was the same in any guild, it rubbed her the wrong way that he was whining over something that happened to all guilds, no matter whom or what they were, at some point or another.
She strode over to where he was laying, crouching before Haru, her green eyes only partially open. "What do you know of me?" She wondered, blinking slowly, well aware that he hated her with a passion, "I hail from a bloodline of murderers. Of people who accepted gold in exchange for taking lives. I spent the majority of my life in a dark guild, where I was nothing more but a hindrance. I did not live up to their standards, so I suffered dearly, every day I lived was a gift, or a curse in that dark place," she pointed out, speaking as calmly as she usually did, "when I left it, they hunted me mercilessly, and I was no where near as strong them as I was now... So do not dare try to tell me that I do not know what it's like to have to worry about being killed every waking moment - not to mention the three years I just spent in a realm filled with demons that were trying to eat me twenty four-seven."
"Murder is always unjust. Sometimes it happens. Sometimes you have to kill someone whom is intent on killing you, this I do not to deny, but to smile so easily while you do so is unforgivable. It is disgusting." She shook her head, gritting her teeth a bit as she rose to her feet.
She cast a glance towards Takeo, "The government helps no one but themselves. You're naive if you believe that legal guilds lean on the government when they need something. We do not, nor do we want to. We protect our own. We take care of our own problems. If someone attacks the guild we defeat them, bind them, and drop them off at the doorsteps of the government. We do not wait for them to come save us. You speak of the government like you expect them to sweep in and make all of your problems go away," she shook her head, rising to her full height.
"I mean you no harm, Haru, but if you want the government to be more friendly to you, to offer its aid when it can or when you nag them enough, then the path you're walking down is the wrong one." With a mere wave of her fingers, the spell pinning Haru to the ground faded away, "and children generally don't kill people in cold blood, Mister Takeo," she made a point to say, walking slowly towards Misa, she extended a hand, gently patting the girl on the head.
"You are a ray of light in an otherwise dark world," she smiled softly, ruffling the girl's hair gently, "don't let bitterness rule your state of mind. Always remember that whatever hardships you're faced with will eventually pass," Riley said, allowing her hand to drop to her side.

Misa watched as Haru started shouting at her, which made her whimper like a little kid. The members of the guild hadn't died, they were injured. He always exaggerated. As Riley came over to her, and patted her head and told her she was a ray of light made her feel better. Mi had a thought, and decided to tell it. "Um, Riley, can I go back with you to Onibas? I'd like to see what a legal guild is like" she said timidly, not knowing the outcome. Of course, deep down she know Haru would go wild without her,she could keep him in check, but still thought it would be good to see what a guild that didn't have issues like Kitsune Lament had was like.
Walking over to Haru, she started to hammer words out at him. "They're not dead, only injured" Mi pointed out. "And also, though you may think one thing is just to you, and other people may find it to be unjust, it's also known as a common courtesy to be nice and not do it" she said, pointing out that he knew nothing of courtesy. She ran over to her beanbag, dropping down onto it, sprawled out trying to relax, as she normally did when things like this happened.

Haru growled as he was released from the gravity shackles. He stood up not even bothering to look at the woman anymore. He already hated her enough for being invited into the guild. The dark haired boy fixed his hat and gave a scowl. He never wanted to see this woman again. Honestly he could care less about her problems. Killer family, world of demons for two years. No one cares but her and her problems. After all she is a famous guild master that everyone loves. She doesnt understand that they can even walk near the world government without getting arrested.
Haru gave his signature death glare to Misa as his patience had already reached 0. The blue haired boy turned his back to them and slowly started to walk away. It was probably for the best that Haru didn't stay in the same Room as Riley and the others. He stopped for a second and pinched his glare at Misa, “lucky you.” Haru hissed at her before walking outside and climbing a tree. Takeo gave a sigh as he didn't bother going after him, the same with Rema who just sat down on her stool rethinking the current events.
“I don't think it's whining. If you keep everything bottled up inside it can kill you and haunt you forever Riley. So honestly it wasn't whining. He does speak the truth. There is nothing we can without taking a punishment here. So it's not whining, it's honesty. And well all the other things he views as death. Because he's not one for a lot of change. I think anyways.” take spoke in a soft cheery manner. Honestly it wasn't whining at all. How could the government be a crutch for them if they were never there in the first place.
“Regardless I do thank you for talking to him, but honestly I think you made things worse.” Rema spoke up as she looked at Riley. It wasn't a hateful gaze but it wasn't a “im glad you punished my kid for me because he's out of control” look. “By using your magic against him you just gave him another bitter goal and got him angry. And Misa should have kept her big mouth shut because nothing stings more then your twin cutting you up with words. Next time Misa just stay quiet about it and calm him down. Seeing as you can see things from Haru's point of view unlike everyone else, and espically Miss Riley.” she also scolded Misa for being less considerate of her brothers feelings. “And Misa, you can't be too trustworthy of people it's dangerous. No offence Riley, but bringing strangers here could have got us all killed.”
