Magnolia was a very busy city, and as such trying to get anywhere during the noon hours was nearly impossible as everyone would be coming out from their places of the work to grab lunch. Cecilia had made it to one of the restaurants near the city square before the rush and had ordered her meal. Today was her day off, well only a day she was not under orders to patrol the streets of Fiore looking for any wizard not obeying the laws of the Magic Council. Currently she was waiting at an open table, sitting by herself. Her head was being held up by her right hand as she played with the straw that was in her cold drink.
Most of the ice had already melted, so the drink was moving very quickly with her gentle twirls. A bored look was sprawled across her face, getting her blue eyes to lose focus of anything that was going on around her. The two sapphires were focused on the lemonade in her glass. Why is there never anything to do on my day off... Cecilia thought while she released a sigh of boredom.
It had only been a week since she had completed her training and was let into the world as an official Rune Knight, doing the business that her superiors sent her on. So far, she had done absolutely nothing. There was nothing to do in Magnolia, no crime to stop. It would seem that any criminals were steering clear of cities at the moment.
"I wish something interesting would happen..." she muttered while looking out of the restaurant area and out onto the street.

[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]DURRIKEN--PETULENGRO “ the sin which is unpardonable is knowingly and willfully rejecting truth, to fear knowledge lest that knowledge pander not to thy prejudices” Durriken walked down the streets of Magnolia town. He wore what appeared to be circus cloths and fairly unsophisticated cloths but at close inspection, a person would notice small embleshiments that showed that they were actually much richer than what a simple circus performer would wear. For example, his red pants were flowing, but had a shimmer of fine silk and where they tied halfway between his knee and ankle there were Griffin Wing logos around the edge in fine gold wire. Instead of the normal rope he used to hold his pants up it was a fine leather braid. His tunic was also a red but slightly deeper close to that of blood. There was a large Griffin Wing logo embroidered in the back in the same fine gold and silver wire. The buttons that would close his vest if he wanted it close were shiny and pure gold. His earrings were also gold but that wasn't different than any other day. Behind him a women in a long white dress walked behind him. Even though her dress dragged along the dirty streets not a speck of dirt appeared to dirty her pure white cloths that seemed to magically glow. Her long black hair went down her back with the same glow and her facial features could only be described as pale and perfect. Her perfection made her seem inhuman, which was true. "I don't see why you had to wear all that gold on you, you are a walking target for any thugs in this town." the women said as she walked a step behind him and just to his right. "Of course you do, you just want to hear me say it." he said without anger or smugness "I want to wear my best when I visit the new guild master of Fairy Tail. I don't want to have to cost on what Riley and Fawn set up and be able to forge an alliance under my own merit.""And you are becoming wiser every day. I cannot see the outcome since I have been outside my dimension so long but I trust your own abilities. Your training with me for your divination will help you in this as well. Divination can show you much more than just the future or other places, it also lets you perceive things about people they try and hide."I understand that, that is why you are here right now, keeping you in this dimension and tied to my magical energy helps increase my endurance which is great for divination since it consumes so much of my magical energy. Though I hope I will be able to see more than just what I already saw soon.""Soon my student soon." she said with a sly smile on her lips. • MANA: 100% [115/115] •

While Cecilia sat in her place, she would occasionally take a sip of her drink through the straw. Her eyes were wandering about the crowd, trying to find something that could be wrong or out of place. Just when she thought that there was nothing to actually find, she saw something strange. Amongst the people in the crowd was a man with woman following him that looked to be exceptionally pure. She can't be human...and this feeling, she definitely isn't human Cecilia thought as she felt a strange aura coming from the woman. Rather, she had felt something like this before.
Throughout her training she had to get used to the feeling, or the auras of her stellar spirits when she called them from the Spirit World. This was the exact same feeling that she got all those times. Another Stellar Spirit Wizard! she said in her mind while she stood up from the table, placing both her hands outstretched on the table and pushed the chair back.
"I'm leaving the money on the table!" she shouted to one of the workers of the restaurant as she left a single note of money on the table. With this, she quickly left the restaurant through the front opening. Once out, she glanced around, trying to figure out where the man was who she just saw. It did not take her long to find out.
As soon as she saw her target, she rushed after him, attempting to catch up. While she was doing this "running" of sorts, she dodged other people and was apologizing to the ones who she nearly hit. Then she finally reached her target. Cecilia got into reaching distance and stuck her hand out to get the attention of the wizard. Hoping that he turned around Cecilia immediately asked, "Are you a Stellar Spirit Wizard?"

"No." the pair said in unison. "But you are close." The women said turning elegantly with her dress sweeping around and rustling around her feet. Once the women turned her inhuman gaze fell upon the newcomer. The gaze was like that of a mother, taken to an extreme, her gaze made it clear that no secrets were hidden from her. "Actually my magic is fueled by the tarot not the stars. Though they are fairly similar. The women staring at you right now is my first summon spirit, the High Priestess" Durriken finished for the High Priestess. "If I may ask, how did you know I was not of this world?" the High Priestess asked. Durriken was interested about this as well. If you looked closely you could pick up small things, her flawless appearance, how her white gown did not dirty or how she seemed to glow in the light, but this girl seemed to pick it up from a distance. • MANA: 100% [xx/115] •

Cecilia listened in surprise when she learned that the strange woman was not a stellar spirit. Her jaw dropped after this. How could some person not be a spirit yet give off the same magical aura? Cecilia thought as she started at the pair.
"Tarot magic? I think I've heard of that magic somewhere...it's a holder type right?" she asked while stepping back.
"Well High Priestess, you see..' Cecilia said as she put her hands behind her and looked kind of childish,'I use Stellar Spirit magic."
The girl then started rifling through the pouch that was on her hip and pulled a key off. A silver key shone under the sunlight as Cecilia moved it before her. "Open, Gate of the Lyre, Lyra!" she cast, the tip of the key glowing a bright blue color. Beside her, Lyra began to appear. The girl had long light brown hair and was wearing a light blue dress. Two small white wings came from her back and she had a bright smile on her face.
It was when this happened that Cecilia took real notice of who she was addressing. Her eyes scanned the man before her, especially the way his clothes looked and the color. She knew she had heard of a man who dressed in red and gold, especially in recent news. A few of her superiors had been speaking about it. A new guild master of Griffin Wing.
Cecilia's eyes opened in shock as she realized how she was treating a Guild Master. Her face immediately grew to a bright red color of embarrassment as she bowed down, hiding it. "You're the guild master of Griffin Wing, I'm sorry I acted in such a way, please forgive me," she said while looking down.
Lyra stood next to her smiling, at her contract holder's behavior.

[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]DURRIKEN--PETULENGRO “ the sin which is unpardonable is knowingly and willfully rejecting truth, to fear knowledge lest that knowledge pander not to thy prejudices” Durriken let out a low-pitched chuckle when she finally realized who he was. That he was noticed at all was still new to him. He was used to always being in the shadow, being the person that pushes things along but never noticed for it. He was content with just knowing that he was helping, but the shadows were no place to run a guild from so he had to step out and socialize with people to keep good will between the people and Griffin Wing. "It is no problem, no offense was taken." He said simply after his chuckle was over. "Nicely done young page, who knows what the future will let you grow into, maybe a knight..or something else." The High priestess said when Cecile summoned her spirit. The line was fairly cryptic to those who don't understand the Tarot. The page was a person knew to a craft like someone who wants to be a powerful knight starts as a page cleaning the knights swords. It also had a secondary meaning of connecting Cecile to the government but even Durriken missed this only seeing the obvious answer to the name page. "So you have Lyre? Does she still play that teeth rotting pop music or did she gain some class and actually start writing some real music?" the High Priestess asked purposefully ignoring the celestial spirit. • MANA: 100% [xx/115] •

While Cecilia was looking down at the ground she heard the guild master of Griffin Wing starting to laugh. She maintained her bowed position when she looked up at him, trying to make sure what she was hearing was correct. After she concluded that the wizard was laughing at her, she tried her best to maintain herself in her actions. Whether he looked it or not, the man was a guild master, and with that was far more powerful than a person could tell by just looking. She heard his voice say that it he had taken no offense, so the young wizard raised her head until she was back at her regular height.
As she looked at the two standing before her, the High Priestess began speaking about her. Cecilia took it for praise so she began to wave it off while getting red in the face. "I'm not strong....I've only just started using magic...but thanks for the kind words," she said while smiling.
Just as what the girl thought was praise, the High Priestess began to ask questions about Lyra, and whether she still played trash music. The Stellar Spirit that was standing next to her just returned a gentle smile to the woman of Tarot magic. "Heh? Lyra let out as she narrowed her eyes at the magical woman. "Do all beings of Tarot magic still have no taste in music? The Stellar Spirit of the Lyre asked while crossing her arms before her.
"Lyra, watch what you're saying," Cecilia said as she sharply turned to face her stellar spirit. The Spirit just gave her a look of, "she started it", then returned her gaze to the woman who was accompanying the guild master.

[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]DURRIKEN--PETULENGRO “ the sin which is unpardonable is knowingly and willfully rejecting truth, to fear knowledge lest that knowledge pander not to thy prejudices” Durriken raised his hand dismissively to her objection to Lyre. "No, let them speak. This is the first time I have met a celestial spirit wizard so this is probably the first time a tarot spirit and a celestial spirit have met in over a hundred years." Durriken said much to the anger of the High Priestess. The High Priestess gave him an angry glare which he just returned with an amused smirk. Most likely later he will regret his actions today but at the moment he was interested in letting this play out. "There is a good reason why we do not often meet. These celestial spirits always have their head in the stars, ignorant of the world around them. They did not have to sit there and watch a race be nearly genocided because of fear." The High Priestess said letting her anger get away from her. This outburst was surprising since the High Priestess was always so insightful and composed. He never saw such an outburst even when in battle. He wondered if it was because of how long he had been keeping her in this world to train him, if all that time being kept 'in time' as it were was changing her. In her world, she lived out of time so it wasn't like the saw the future, it was all present to her which could be annoying at time since she would forget and say that he promised her something that he didn't promise yet or already fulfilled. • MANA: 100% [xx/115] •

"We hide in our other world?' Lyra said while she uncrossed her arms and stared directly into the eyes of the High Priestess,'do not think so little of us Spirits, we do not hide, but rather if we were to directly involve ourselves in this world, who knows what would happen to it. That is why we have contracts with wizards who wish to link themselves to our world, so that we may pass over indirectly, and we will have limits placed upon us. Imagine what would happen if the King were to come into this world, his power would be so great that not even your wizard would be able to fight him."
Cecilia had gotten an increasingly worried look on her face the more Lyra spoke. Her attitude was completely different than it normally was, she was rather hostile and defensive. "Lyra, please..." she pleaded as she tried reaching out to her friend. Before she could, the Spirit gave a direct look into Cecilia's eyes then released a sigh. "I'm heading back," Lyra said as her body again turned into a silver blue light then disappeared.
The young Celestial Spirit wizard face had gotten even more worried since Lyra had closed the gate on her own. She then turned to face Durriken and the High Priestess. "I'm sorry for the actions of Lyra, she isn't usually like that," she stated while bowing her head slightly then bringing it back up, as a show of apology. "But something is on my mind, what did you mean by the Spirits standing by as an entire race was thrown into genocide?" Cecilia asked while giving a look to the High Priestess. She had never heard of a race that was thrown into genocide in recent years, so she was utterly confused about what was meant.
