Missions, Missions, Missions! Guilds exist as a way to gather people together, but the main function is to preform jobs that allow you to gain money and make a living. You can find the Main Mission Board in the Guild of Fairy Tail. There are some rules covered in the main rules section of the RP, however some will be re-spoken here. 1. One character can only be in five topics total at once, and only up to three of these can be missions. 2. One character may only do three Solo Missions per-day. 3. You may do as many missions with others as you like, and you get a slightly increased reward for doing this. 3. Ranked B Missions REQUIRE a group of at least three, and one of them must at least be a Mid Level Mage. (Master Level can solo) 4. You may take Missions from other Guilds only if you have permission or are doing a group mission with a Guild Member from that guild. How do I accept a Mission? You simply need to post in the Main Mission Board and say which mission you are taking. You may RP a little here, but not much back and forth with other people. My first mission, I'm lost! Let's make it easy shall we? Say you wish to take the Shop Lifting Mission, You may take this mission as many times as you wish. It is a rank D, which means the rewards are low, but so are the requirements to finish it. Let's say you are doing it Solo, The Mission ask you to go to Clover, which is in the same part of Fiore as Fairy Tail. You simply make a topic in the Clover sub forum, it may be titled anything. (Though it's helpful if you put Solo beside it if your going alone, or put the other members names if your in a group). Your first post should have the Mission details at the very top, hidden in a spoiler tag.

The Mission has a Post Limit of 2, Which means it requires 2 post worth of story in order for the Mission to be complete. You may post more than 2, but no less. If you are in a group then the post limit will increase based on how many people you have as well as the rank of the mission. C/D - +1 to the Post Limit for each character (npcs don't count). B/A - +2 to the Post Limit for each character (npcs don't count). S - +3 to the Post Limit for each character (npcs don't count). This applies even if the mission requires you to have more than one person (such as a B rank mission). Once complete ask a Staff member to look over it and it should be approved.

Missions are everyone’s main source of income and main way to get experience. Each mission has different rewards. Don’t expect every mission to have the same things given out. Though, every mission will give out experience. The Guild masters can also deny you the right to do certain missions if they don’t want you too, all as long as it is within reason. Staff (for whatever reason it may be) can also deny you. Lastly, you can be denied for not being a high enough level or if no one in the mission is high enough.
If you’re not in a guild and you are on your own, you still can do missions. These are known as mercenary missions. To do these missions, you will need to create your own mission with staff approval. Just make a thread with the information in the customs section, and then have a staff member post with approval. You can only do three solo missions per day, but missions with other people is no limit.
You can do missions alone then that fine. However, the more people you have with you. You gain 20 more jewels and exp for each person in the mission thread. Each mission you and the other member role playing it out. The lower ranking missions you and your buddy controls the NPC. While the higher ranking missions staff controls the NPC, so keep this in mind.
D rank missions: The lowest ranking mission you can do. Anyone can do these. They’re the least dangerous mission you can do. Normally these missions are just giving a helping hand with something. Like, help clean up something, or find a missing object. The rewards and exp are normally low, ranging from no more than 100 jewels and 1-20 exp.
C rank missions: These can be dangerous if not careful. These missions can be bodies guards, patrol, or maybe even none of the above and just giving a helping hand that are hard. The rewards can be moderate, ranging from no more than 300 jewels and 20-40 exp.
B rank missions: These are dangerous missions with a risk of losing one life. For those NPC, staff controlled missions. Also, there needs to be at least three people. Needs to be at least mid-level mage's or someone in the mission is that high. These missions are wide spread and need to be prepare for battle. Rewards are normally pleasing, ranging from no more than 700 jewels and 40-80 exp.
A rank mission: Death rates are high for these missions. These missions are normally used for events, but can be use for normal missions. These missions are often used as direct attacks on other guilds or stopping a large threat. These missions’ needs a four people to do and at least high-level or someone in the mission is that high to do. NPC controlled by staff. Rewards are high, ranging from no more than 1200 jewels and 80-120 exp.
S rank missions: Death at every corner. There are no specific levels for these missions. These missions are purely for events only. NPC is controlled by staff always. Rewards are high and often generous, ranging from no more than 3000 jewels and 120-200 exp.
