Divisions
Central Command: Central Command is the Alias of the Main Base. This is the trunk of the government and it governs almost all the other divisions. Their decision is final and irrevocable. Members of this division is generally found to be the Commanders and Deputy Commanders of the other divisions. The Commander of this division commands all over the other divisions. He/she does not answer to anyone else, but the Magic Council
Commander: Must have been a former Commander of another division. Completed one A and S rank mission, and must be a Master level mage.
Knights are what everyone starts out as in the World Government. They do missions and try to fill the requirements needed to go into other divisions. Anything they do is minor and they are kept out of harm compared to that of other divisions. They mainly wear knight uniforms when they are on duty. The commander of the Knights and his deputy is basically the recruiters for the government and play a big role in making sure that there are plenty of people in the organization to serve the government.
Deputy Commander: Requires five B-Rank Missions.
Commander: Requires ten A-Rank Missions. Must be a Deputy Commander and pass the Commander Exam conducted by the Council.
Investigations and Journalism Are the guys who move a lot and do not make the biggest impact in the organization in terms of presence. They mainly go around and investigate incidents silently without drawing too much attention to themselves. They are in charge of releasing the central commands daily newspaper, highlighting crucial information that has happened within the previous few days. Special releases are also placed out every month, and every year, to re-cap on important events that have occurred. They are also in charge of recording and reporting any and all incidents directly to central command. While they do have the power to handle incidents, their top priority is simply reporting in order to allow other divisions to handle the mess, making it very rare for them ever to go out and solve the problem by themselves. They normally wear normal clothing or any special uniform. They mainly comply with Intelligence and central command. The commander and deputy are in charge of the newspaper building.
Normal member: Finish three missions as a Knight.
Deputy Commander: Requires five B-Rank intel missions and must have learned five intermediate intel gathering techniques.
Commander: Requires Ten A-Rank Intel Missions and must have uncovered at least five different activities of illegal mages, this involves joining any thread (whether on-going or an old one that’s finished) that has or has once had illegal mages in it and rp’ing out trying to discover what they have been doing or what their future plans are. Must be a Deputy Commander and pass the Commander Exam conducted by the Council.
Special Operations: This is the only division that is nearly in par with the Central Command. They have the rights to make their own decision and rarely indulge in any flashy meetings. They are also called as the Root of the government, for doing all its dirty jobs from the dark. Each member of Special operations are skillfull in combat and handling the job very quickly. Usually, you would have never known they were there. They are known to get into the job and get complete is as quickly as possible.
Normal Members: Can only enter through promotion from the Law Enforcement division. Requires three C-Rank Stealth Missions and must have learned three Mediocre Stealth Techniques.
Deputy Commander: Requires five B-Rank Stealth Missions. Must have learned five Intermediate Stealth Techniques.
Commander: Requires ten A-Rank Stealth Missions. Must have learned ten Destructive Stealth Techniques. Must be a Deputy Commander and pass the Commander Exam conducted by the Council.
Intelligence: They deal with the highly classified information. The main job of this division is to receive and send information without risking its exposure. This division normally stays at Central and rarely actually get sent to battle. Most people who go here is because it tends to be one of the safer divisions. The members are usually experts in encryption and decryption.
Normal Members: Can only enter through promotion from the Investigation And Journalism division. Requires three C-Rank Intel Missions and must have learned three Mediocre Intel gathering Techniques.
Deputy Commander: Requires five B-Rank Intel Missions and must have learned five Intermediate Intel Techniques.
Commander: Requires ten A-Rank Intel Missions and must have learned ten destructive Intel Techniques. Must be a Deputy Commander and pass the Commander Exam conducted by the Council.
Medical Support: The goal of this division is to provide medical support to all members of the government. Members from medical support team are generally dispatched along with the Combat Squad to make the team more efficient. They are the support backbone of Central and not really trained in terms of combat. Ironically, the Commanders of this division normally, strike fear in other divisions for having vast knowledge in poisons in many different areas.
Normal Members: Requires three D-Rank Medical Missions and must have learned three Healing Techniques.
Deputy Commander: Requires five C-Rank Medical Missions and five Mediocre Healing Techniques.
Commander: Requires ten B-Rank Medical Missions and ten Intermediate Medical Techniques. Must be a Deputy Commander and Pass the Commander Exam conducted by the Council.
Law Enforcement: Law Enforcers see to that nothing crosses the line of rules. They generally patrol the area they have been assigned to and make sure they take care of the minor pests to keep the citizens' living safe and smooth. They are normally well rounded Mages in terms of combat to be able to meet almost any situation they come across. The Commander is charge of Central prison.
Normal Members: Requires three D-Rank Cop Missions and must have learned Three Combative Techniques.
Deputy Commander: Requires five C-Rank Cop Missions and five Mediocre Combative Techniques.
Commander: Requires ten B-Rank Cop Missions and ten Intermediate Combative Techniques. Must be a Deputy Commander and Pass the Commander Exam conducted by the Council.
Internal Affairs: Members of this division is the representatives of the public. They make sure that the government officials aren't corrupt and if they find that they are, they have all the rights to fire them irrespective of their rank. Members of this division is chosen by an election done on every region, where the public votes to choose their representative. (Requires two Mod Approvals)
Combat Squad: They are known as the Power Plants of the Government. They live and breath for a chance to go out to battle and fully capable of handling almost anything. When the situation gets out of hands for a Law Enforcer, they are dispatched. They are highly powerful and are generally used to deal with dark guilds and mages.
Normal Members: Can only enter through promotion from the Law Enforcement Division. Requires three C-Rank Cop Missions and must have learned three Mediocre Combative Techniques
Deputy Commander: Requires five B-Rank Cop Missions and five Intermediate Combative Techniques.
Commander: Requires ten A-Rank Cop Missions and ten Destructive Combative Techniques. Must be a Deputy Commander and pass the Commander Exam conducted by the Council.
Research And Development: The research and development division is feared even by the Central Command, for they are even more secretive than the Intelligence Division. They are said to be researching on lost magic, hunting the dragons and gods and whatnot. The commander of this division chooses his members very carefully.
Normal Members: Requires three C-Rank Research Missions and two Research Techniques. Must pass a personal interview conducted by the Commander.
Deputy Commander: Requires five B-Rank Research Missions and five Mediocre Research Techniques.
Commander: Requires ten A-Rank Research Missions and ten Intermediate Research Techniques. Must be a Deputy Commander and pass the Commander Exam conducted by the Council.
Dispatchment: Whenever something transpires outside Central Command, it is generally the job of Dispatchment to handle it. These are the type of people who can obtain a large amount of evidence on what is going on from Intelligence and Investigations, and understand the importance of keeping their presence a secret. Members of Dispatchment will spend a lot of time outside central command, making sure that nothing happens when it is not supposed to, and handling Dark guilds that are there.
Normal Members: Must have completed three normal Knight missions.
Deputy Commander: Must have completed 10 missions involving guarding a important person with someone from the Law Enforcement division.
Commander: Requires Staff approval and must be a high level mage. Must be a Deputy Commander and pass the Commander exam.
Micromanagement: Micromanagement actually manages the day-to-day actions of Central. They are the ones who plot, plan and carefully calculate while Central Command issues the orders. The Commander of Micromanagement is in charge of the General Room inside Central, a place where many Rune Knight's come to enjoy themselves, relax, or train with their peers.
Normal Members: Must thave completed three Knight missions.
Deputy Commander: Must be a Mid level mage and completed 20 normal missions.
Commander: Requires Staff approval and must be a High level mage. Must be a Deputy Commander and pass the Commander exam.
Regulation: Allied with Law Enforcement, members of the Regulation division are generally grouped together with members of Enforcement to ensure that the law is being met to the full requirements of Central. They also keep all the official records for Central safe. The Commander of Regulation is also the commander of Official Data Center.
Normal Members: Must have completed three normal Knight missions.
Deputy Commander: Must have completed five missions involving guarding a important person with someone from the Law Enforcement division.
Commander: Requires Staff approval and a High level mage. Must have previously been a Deputy Commander and pass the Commander exam.
