[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]Lillian watched him laugh and smile. A smile curled up her lips and she closed an eye. The male was certainly good company and it seemed the judgmental stares that they got had finally stopped. Moving briefly to his side; she looked towards him expectantly and followed him. As he spoke, she thought. "Greed? We frowned upon it. The place was tranquil and greed only started fights. Ash'ai wanted her island to be of peace and we all respected her beliefs." Lillian's arms folded and she glanced towards the ground. Her boots hit and clicked every step and it soon became rhythmic. When he spoke about heading to the beach after eating, Lillian nodded. She'd be able to make what she had ideally thought of. Listening to him, she gazed towards the shops and then her gaze moved back to the male. "Well..." She trailed off for a few seconds. "It's food so you should eat it. It's good for you, right?" She looked towards him and her gaze didn't leave his mask. "Fruit? Meat? Vegetables? I know what meat is, but what are the other two? Isn't fruit was grows in the trees and vegetables are what live in the ground? I wonder what Ramen is then... I'll try it when we get there." She bit her finger as she tried to mentally imagine what Ramen was. Guessing by his hand gestures, it was some sort of soup with food in? When he asked her favorite food, she froze and looked towards the ground. What was it? She loved eating it when she was a little girl. She followed after him and looked around. Maybe they had it here? She used to pick it off the trees and it tasted sour, sweet and juicy. "We called them... Dra-spi because they reminded us of a dragon and were spiked." Was a very original and creative name... Kind of. ((Basically a Dragonfruit.) She folded her arms and biting the lining of her mouth she proceeded. "What about your favorite food? What is it?" She looked inquisitively at him. • MANA; 100% [xx/xx] • OOC; OOC here •

He continued to listen to her intensely, which seemed to become quite the habit as he listened to her explain more about her culture. It was amazing to believe that she harbored the being of what was, essentially, their equivalent to a god. As he listened to the rhythmic clicking of her boot, he seemed to slowly fall in line and once again he was mimicking her seemingly step by step. He merely nodded his head to her question about it being food and that it was good for him. His gaze never left her as well as she asked about what fruit and vegetables as she mentioned how fruit was the ones that grew in trees and vegetables are what was in the ground. He merely nodded his head while she seemed to wonder what ramen was and questioned possibly having some when they got to the restaurant.
He hung a left at what was the equivalent of an intersection on the street and had it not been for the fact that he had been paying attention to her he would have ended up further ahead before he stopped. He turned towards her as she seemed to think about just what her favorite food was. She mentioned it being much like a dragon and was spiked. ”Mmm... Spiked and looks like dragon... Many things... If fruit... Maybe pineapple.... Dragonfruit?”
[/b] He asked, delving into multiple types of foods that were essentially spiked and might remind some one of a dragon. He got so lost in thought that he nearly, just nearly, didn't hear her question on what his favorite food was which got him to wondering. ”Chocolate... Covered... Strawberries.”[/b] He said, seemingly sighing as if suddenly lost in one of the most exotic, erotic, eccentric dreams concocted by man. Chocolate and strawberries... The sweetest combination that anyone could make with both fruit and coco. He shivered slightly before he was pulled back into reality and sighed softly as he realized that his dream wasn't reality at that point. What he was day dreaming of... The world will never know. He wandered over to Lillian and quickly grabbed both of her hands and leaned back. ”Almost there!.” He said, his voice full of joy as it seemed he was having the best day of his life as he promptly began to drag her forward towards their destination. He couldn't wait to get something to eat. Mana: 60/60 100%[/blockquote][/blockquote]

[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]As she listened to him speak about the fruit she had just described; Lillian's gaze trailed down to her hands as she imagined it. "Dragonfruit seems more likely. I don't know what a pineapple is. It's amazing how much the language has changed from these past "three" days." Shrugging, she looked around at the shops before following the male still without even the smallest sense of direction. When he answered her question, Lillian seemed stunned. Chocolate coated strawberries? What was Chocolate and what was strawberries. She has never heard of these words before. "Chocolate... Strawberries?" She tried to imagine it, but only came up with mess of tribal letters. "I guess I'll have to find out soon enough. They seem very foreign to me."She watched him, her expression remaining the same. Calm and curious. Suddenly, Arashi stopped and grabbed her hands. Looking down at them; an image of her brother was staring up at her. "Lillian! Let's play shell toss." The small white-haired boy turned and ran, his hand holding Lillian's. A smile crept across Lillian's thin face. She nodded before looking up at the male. A memory she cherished. The days before she was made to fall into the volcano, she was able to play with her brother. The excited male in front of her pulled her and she didn't hesitate. She followed him as he lead her towards the restaurant. "Almost there!" Lillian's face became kind. She smiled a kind and happy smile and nodded a little before following him at a slightly quicker speed. "Lead the way, friend." • MANA; 100% [xx/xx] • OOC; OOC here •

He nodded his head quickly as she seemed to question and was not capable of imagining the perfection that was a chocolate covered strawberry. He kept a brisk step, seemingly skipping down the road as he led her forward with his hand maintaining a gentle and kind grasp on her hand. A grin spread across his face as he pulled her to a stop in front of a rather unique looking building. It was plain from what one could tell from the outside. It was adorn with windows along the outside which allowed one to peer in and see the rather quiet and small restaurant which Arashi had pulled Lillian to. His eyes looked towards the doors, a pair of swinging ones, and the blue colored paint which ran up and down the front and sides of the building. He quickly released her hand, leaping at her with a very brisk hug before he quickly ran inside, parting the swinging doors with his body.
He was obviously anxious as he made his way up to the waitress who was currently tending to the front of the building. She seemed to visually cringe at the sight of a Kitsune Mask wearing figure pretty much sprinting at her and coming to a halt in front of her. ”Table... Two.”
[/b] He said, holding up two fingers as a way to show the waitress that there was two people as she seemed confused as his broken English. His eyes looked towards the door as the waitress still seemed confused at just what he was expecting her to do. ”Lillian... Help maybe?”[/b] He said, looking in Lillian's general direction as the waitress continued to just stare weirdly at the broken speaking individual wearing a mask. ”May I... Help you two?”[/b] Mana: 60/60 100%[/blockquote][/blockquote]

[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]Lillian felt his hands leave hers and welcome them to the slight tepid air. She followed him briefly in after and her face looked around the room. It was very regal. The waitress was talking to him, questioning him on tables. Judging by her puzzled expression and questioning him; he wasn't sure what to do and was looking towards her. Lillian remembered what he asked her before and her calm, relaxed expression masked her confusion. Her once again cool, calm and collected smile was on her face and her emotionless gaze was back. "A table for two." She rested her hand on Arashi's shoulder and looked into the waitresses eyes. "For me and him, please.""Some Ramen too, please."She watched her and decided it was best to add on a compliment to remove her focus off Arashi. "Also, that outfit you're wearing suits you well. It brings out the beauty on you." She let a soft, fake laugh leave her lips and forced it to sound surreal. "Now please show us to our table before you end up causing a problem for the soon-to-happen queue that is going to form behind us."• MANA; 100% [xx/xx] • OOC; OOC here •

The waitress merely stared at the boy who was making hand gestures, trying to say something while looking towards another female who had decided to wander in behind the strange individual in front of her. Her light blue eyes changed from the boy to the girl who she had noticed wandering up before noting that she placed a hand on the boy's shoulder and asked for a table for two. She opened her mouth in a 'Oh' fashion before she merely smiled as she took the compliment to heart and grabbed two of the menus for the store. She merely nodded her head as she noticed more people beginning to enter the restaurant behind the eccentric two. She motioned with her hand towards a table more secluded towards the back of the restaurant as she led them. ”Follow me please.” She said, her voice calm as her waitress outfit, which resembled that of a maid, flowed with every step that she took as she walked. ”Out on a date?”
[/b] She asked, glancing back at the two as she led them while trying to make small chit-chat with them. Once what he was saying had finally been explained to the waitress by Lillian, he began to smile as he felt that familiar touch on his shoulder before he suddenly lunged ahead as the waitress began to lead them to the table she had motioned towards. The place was larger on the inside than it had appeared to be on the outside. Multiple tables were spread out on the floor ranging from just two seat tables all the way to ten seat tables. His gaze looked around the store as he ignored the lady in general but just remained behind her and making sure to stop if she came to a stop. He seemed much more interested in the restaurant itself than the waitress who was making points at the two. Mana: 60/60 100%[/blockquote][/blockquote]

[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]Lillian watched the woman. She followed her as she lead the two to a table that was obviously suitable for them. Sitting down in her seat, Lillian took note of Arashi who seemed to be sparking at anticipation and curious of the area. Lillian would have to admire it in a few when she ordered her food. When the waitress asked if the two were on a date. Lillian simply stared, clueless. "A date? Me and him...?" Was she asking for their birthdays? It was a weird way of wording it. "Yes?" the question came out as a question. Lillian smiled, deciding it was best to change the subject. "Ramen, please? I would like some Ramen." She nodded to this and her tone was rather adamant. • MANA; 100% [xx/xx] • OOC; OOC here •

The waitress was curious on what the girl was going to say in response as she had noticed that the male had decided to busy himself with gazing around the restaurant in a sense of wonder that a child would do. For a second she believed she had made a mistake, the way the girl asked about them being on a date before she said yes in a sort of questioning tone. The waitress took it as a tone of 'what do you think we are doing?'. The waitress liked how the girl was quick to the point as she merely asked for Ramen before even being sit at the table. She quickly placed the menus down and wrote down Ramen on a small note pad that she had. Her gaze returning to the girl as she smiled at her while the male found his seat and squirmed about in it anxiously. ”What would you like to drink?”
[/b] Arashi was quick to his seat, slapping his behind right down in the seat as he quickly pulled the menu up to his face and quickly began to read through it while the waitress seemed busy with taking Lillian's order at the time. ”Look good...”[/b] He said, mumbling to himself at the various pictures in the menu before he quickly sat it down and pulled on the skirt of the waitress which got quite the jump from him. ”Hey! W-Why you little...”[/b] She said, having the sense to just about slap him across his face for doing so. ”Cola... Chocolate Covered Strawberries...”[/b] He said, his tone was soft as the emotionless mask stared up at the waitress who rolled her eyes and wrote down his order. ”I would advise you to keep your boyfriend from tugging on girl's skirts. I could have him thrown out. But I'll over look it if you tell me what you want to drink right now.”[/b] She said, jabbing her pencil against the small notepad in her hand. [atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]Lillian pressed her hands to the table, resting her chin on her fingers and watching the waitress. When she asked about the drink, Lillian shrugged. "I want what people called... Wine? Whatever that is." She began to let her eyes gaze across the room, seemingly rather intrigued at the layout before suddenly hearing a sort of harsh tone which caused her eyes to watch the waitress. ”I would advise you to keep your boyfriend from tugging on girl's skirts. I could have him thrown out. But I'll over look it if you tell me what you want to drink right now.”Lillian knew what boyfriend meant. She watched the girl with an intrigued face. "Where did you get the assumption of that? He was simply getting your attention, no need to get your hopes up. He is cute and all." She shrugged, guessing. "If a child was sitting down and they softly tugged at your skirt, would you throw them out because you couldn't hear them? Wouldn't that mean you're being rather cruel?" She tilted her head to the side, the calm smile on her face and her dark green eyes watching the female with a sort of challenging gaze. "Jumping to the wrong conclusions are bad. You could end up risking your life if you jump to the wrong conclusion." Summoning a feather into her hand, she waved it about. The feather was red and as you trailed up, it would change from red to an orange. Passing it to Arashi, she watched the waitress and let the smile crawl across her face. • MANA; 100% [xx/xx] • OOC; OOC here •

The waitress listened to what the girl was saying as a kind of nasty sneer crossed her face at the girl questioning what she had said about throwing the male out due to him grabbing at her skirt like it was some sort of bell to be rung. She watched as the girl summoned a feather, great she was a mage. She was thinking about just having them both thrown out since she could essentially do that due to the fact that she would just merely say that she felt threatened by their presence. She was just about to do so till she watched the girl pass the feather to the male and she turned her back to them. ”What ever... Your food will be ready in about thirty minutes, love birds.”
[/b] She said, walking away she put some strut to her step as if she had the last laugh in the small argument that had just occurred. Why was it mages that were always the pain in the arses? Arashi merely sat there, watching as the girl complained about the action he had just done to grab her attention while Lillian began to argue for him with the waitress before making a feather appear and passing it to him. He smiled from beneath his mask as he took it and played with it in his hands before he removed his mask from his face and slipped it behind his right here and threw his hands out in a tada like stance as the waitress walked away. ”Look... Nice?”[/b] He asked, seemingly ignoring the waitress in his entirety as he was more concerned with the person who he was having lunch with. If he was going to be Lillian's companion he might as well continue to learn more about her and attempt to fool around with her. He enjoyed making her smile and laugh which seemed to happen more often when ever he acted like he was younger than he obviously was. ”Place interesting... You will like...”[/b] He said, smiling widely as he closed his eyes and leaned back in his chair before his eyes opened just barely towards Lillian. ”Don't understand why mad.”[/b] He said, seemingly throwing every bit of concentration into his sentence as he was able to say it without pauses but still lacked what would be considered proper grammar. [atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]Lillian watched the waitress go in an attempt at having the last laugh, but Lillian could care less. She was just making a fool of herself by reading into everything. Looking towards Arashi as he lifted his mask up and put the feather behind his ear. She smiled and nodded, applauding to this slightly. "Matches you and your mask very well. Consider it a gift." Leaning back in her chair, she let her eyes trail around the area; admiring the beauty it had despite the fact that the female who they were talking to was bit of a stuck up girl. Maybe the compliment she gave her earlier should have waited until she shown the true face. Lillian wasn't one to judge, perhaps she came on too strong. "Why is she mad?" Almost missing Arashi's question, Lillian shrugged. "Guess she has never encountered cuteness." Lillian's eyes didn't even look at Arashi when she spoke to him, despite her answer and tone being obviously direct. "This place really is beautiful. This is what they call a restaurant? I like it." Looking towards her friend once again, she let the rare smile stay on her face. "Mind describing to me what these... Chocolate coated or colored strawberries are?" She tilted her head curiously, her pink hair falling down her shoulder and curling slightly as the tip hit the table. • MANA; 100% [xx/xx] • OOC; OOC here •

His face lit up when she said to consider the feather a gift which he was and he was going to make sure to cherish the colorful feather as if it was the most precious thing in the world. He was still a little confused as to why the waitress had become angry so suddenly and his face drooped to one of confusion as he tried to think about it until Lillian mentioned how she probably never encountered cuteness before. This caused him to once again smile brightly despite the fact that Lillian wasn't even looking at him until she once again presented a question to him as she questioned this as being what they had called a restaurant. He nodded his head as he crossed one leg on top of the other below the table and sat back in his chair and smiled to her. His eyes watched her hair closely as she asked white chocolate coated or colored strawberries.
”Well... Chocolate covered strawberries... Strawberries... Red fruit... Sweet... Chocolate... Coco... Sweet... Very sweet. Very good.”
[/b] He said, his gaze still on her hair as he leaned forward suddenly, reaching across the table which wasn't very large as it was anyway while he began to paw at her hair in interest. ”Beautiful hair...”[/b] He said, his hand pawing it gently as he looked at the, to him, lovely shade of pink. He then quickly reached up and played with his own hair before a frown appeared on his face. ”Not as soft... Doesn't smell as good either...”[/b] He said, talking about his own hair as he sighed and shrugged his shoulders and looked off to the side. ”Why be so perfect... I want be perfect.”[/b] He said, his violet eyes looking at her weakly as he seemed hell bent on pointing out all her upsides without even paying any attention to any downsides that she had shown. [atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]Lillian listened to his explanation of strawberries. She imagined red round balls, but the coco came up to no avail. She wasn't entirely sure on what color chocolate was, but the way he described the two and their taste; she felt her mouth begin to salivate. Soon enough, she felt something tugging at her hair which caused her to look in direction of his hand as it pawed with her hair. She leaned towards it, giving him more room to play with it and not strain his arm. "”Beautiful hair...” Lillian let out a soft laugh, she had heard this before. Watching him then put his hand against his hair and move it, Lillian tilted her head a little. ”Not as soft... Doesn't smell as good either...”"Your hair is soft, you just have a different style to me." Lillian moved a hand to his hair and softly brushed her fingers through. "I think your hair is soft. What you smell is your own scent. We used to bathe in the water that was apparently blessed by Ash'ai and leave your skin healthy. It was a hot springs next to the volcano."She listened to him again and her eyes widened. ”Why be so perfect... I want be perfect.” She was anything but perfection. Thinking carefully, a calm smile crawled across her face. "I'm not perfect. I was just brought up differently from you so I am going to seem perfect. In my eyes, you are perfect even if you've been a little careless of your appeal." She was aiming specifically to the fact he was underweight. He felt a little bad due to the fact that he was sitting at the same table with Lillian who was on a totally different level than him. He listened to her as he felt her reach across the table to touch his hair which caused his eyes to close as he hummed very softly. The feeling of some one brushing through his hair was a rather calming feeling and his ears twitched very faintly to the sound of her voice as she tried to convince him that his hair was soft as well and that the smell that he believed to be not so great was merely his own scent. His eyes opened once again, faint red on his cheeks as he listened to her explain how she wasn't perfect and while he believed she was perfect, she believed he was perfect despite the fact that he seemed malnourished.
”Yes... Try not eat lot... Only when necessary.”
[/b] He explained, with the influx of things costing money and jobs being a little harder to come by due to not being affiliated with any of the guilds in Fiore. His hand moved, gently grasping the one that had been touching his hair as he bowed his head towards her. ”Thank you... So kind... Make feel better.”[/b] He assured her, a small smile on his lips as his hand moved away from hers once again and moved to the seat of the chair as it ran against the smooth wood. ”You have... Questions?”[/b] He asked, one of his eyebrows slowly rose as he had a curious look on his face as he wondered if she had any questions on anything. ”Wonder about... Living conditions... Where brother?”[/b] He asked, wondering not only if she was staying anywhere unlike the outskirts of towns like Arashi was commonly finding himself doing. He was also curious on where her brother was due in-part to the fact that she mentioned him quite frequently and would compare him to her brother. He assumed maybe he was close unless he was traveling somewhere else trying to learn things about the new region and age that the two of them found themselves in. [atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]Lillian watched him, blinking; surprised. "Only when necessary? It's always necessary to eat." She nodded in agreement to this and moved her hand to his; holding the side of it and laughed softly ”Thank you... So kind... Make feel better.”"When life gives you lemons... Make a beverage." She wasn't sure on the saying. Not at all. Watching him, she smiled. A soft smile on her face. "”You have... Questions?" Lillian shrugged. "Can you remind me of your name?" She watched him, her green eyes full of apology. "Wonder about... Living conditions... Where brother?” She guessed what her home was like. "Well, they were huts made from leaves of the trees and rocks that are always warm." She crossed her legs under the table, her boot-tip tapping the ground. "Our beds were basically sponge from the sea dried out but with leaves on top. They were actually quite comfy. They were infused with magic crystals which help with the comfortable spread. We always ate from the farms, they'd have Ut-se-gi's and Ut-say-ga meat." She thought. "Basically, meat from things that make a sort of snorting sound and animals that go moo...? Whatever they are." She leaned back in her chair, her hand leaving his. "We'd have the meat soaked in fruit juices and then cooked with fire." She then changed the subject to her brother. "My brother and I thought of separating. He wanted to explore one half and I wanted to explore the other half. We still keep in contact since he has Erica. He may be young, but he has enough independence to prove himself well." She uncrossed her legs under the table and pressed a hand to her cheek. "He promised me that he won't get hurt, but I cannot help but worry." • MANA; 100% [xx/xx] • OOC; OOC here •
