[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]Lillian's eyes watched the new area. It was all very unfamiliar to her. She leaned against a wall, stomach rumbling. Her green eyes gazed around, but letting out a sigh. Everything just seemed so short lived nowadays and she hadn't any money to spend. Or, what she assumed was money. These things people called jewels, Lillian had ought. She listened as people spoke of restaurants. Of course, when they said that the food in these restaurants were good, Lillian sighed. She didn't even know what these things were like. Placing her hand to the wall, Lillian thought. Maybe if she tried working? Of course, she wasn't entirely sure what the definition of working was. She just heard the guilds speak about doing work for money. Lillian headed back onto the high street and sighed. Her calm, collected gaze looked down at the cobblestone pavement as she walked. If only somebody she knew appeared and in the least told her, but Fiore was big. Much bigger than her her island. As the sun bore down on her, Lillian felt better. Warm. She felt somewhat fuller, feasting on the sunlight. • MANA; 100% [xx/xx] • OOC; OOC here •

Arashi had found himself in another town, this one being much more refined in nature than the port town that he had been making his home for the past week. He sat on the edge of a roof top with violet eyes peering between slits on his kitsune mask. He released a very soft yawn, stretching his arms over his head before giving a small little twitch. His eyes looked down upon the crowds of people who wandered the street below. He had found himself in the more residential district of the city which only had the occasional store or restaurant. His eyes slowly wandered to the sky above him, his eyes looking briefly to the sun before he leaped from the rooftop. With a controlled roll in the air he landed on his feet standing stiff like a board.
His ears twitched very subtly as his eyes peered along the people around him who had given him a strange look before they went about their regular business. Many probably believed he was part of Kitsune Lament, due to his mask, which is probably why none really began to hassle him for the ruckus he was making. His kimono shifted slightly on his shoulders, red nailed fingers readjusting it before he began his pace through his town. His hands swayed at his side, his pace slow and drawn out as he made his way along the pavement while weaving through the large groups of people who were out and about.
It seemed fate would have them meet once again, his eyes not picking up on the familiar figure he had only met a while ago. His pace coming to a stop as he looked to one of the more fancy individuals who more than likely lived in this town. ”Hmm...” He muttered, leaning forward over the person's shoulder who had merely jumped at the sudden sight of a kitsune mask wearing individual peering over his shoulder. ”What the hell do you think you're doing you freak! Get the hell away from me!” The man said, making quite the commotion for such an innocent play of Arashi merely peering over his shoulder. The man stomped away leaving a masked Arashi to merely scratch at the cheek of his kitsune mask with his right hand before shrugging. ”Peculiar...”

[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]Lillian was minding her business, walking along the streets and curiously gazing around the area. Her pink hair flowing behind her and peoples gazes seeming to look straight through her in worry. Suddenly an outburst of a man caught her attention. At first she assumed it was somebody shouting at someone else, but when she looked around and saw the familiar kimono and kitsune mask; Lillian tilted her head and turned to face him completely. Walking towards him, her green eyes narrowed. She got closer to him and soon enough to stand in front of him and watched people give him the weirdest looks. Some challenging. Lillian tilted her head and pressed a hand to her hair, brushing some strands behind her ear. "It's you again." Her tone calm, but a hint of surprise in it. She didn't know his name properly. Or did, but just forgot mainly because she was too hungry to remember. "Hello again." The male was mysterious and it certainly drew her attention greatly. She couldn't help but let out a soft sigh. "Where am I now, do you know?" She saw the welcome sign, but she didn't know what it said. • MANA; 100% [xx/xx] • OOC; OOC here •

Arashi stood there, his eyes looking forward at seemingly nothing before he turned his gaze towards some one who happened to have been staring and giving him quite the weird look. His hand rose his mask just slightly from his face, his other reaching up to scratch his face from beneath the mask before once again fastening it to his face. His hair danced as he twirled on the spot as he seemed content with trying to keep himself busy in little ways and as he closed his eyes he let loose a small hum to himself. Yet as his eyes opened he was face to face with a familiar... Face. His violet eyes once again were peering towards the green of the girl he had met only a few days or so earlier. His eyes watched as she brushed some hair behind her ear before commented on how it was him again. He looked off to the side for a second before nodding to her while a smile played on his lips from beneath his mask.
He nodded once again to her hello before listening to her plight as it seemed she had once again ended up somewhere that she didn't really know where it was. ”Lillian... Shirotsume Town...” He said, nodding his head very slowly before he scratched the back of his head and looked past her towards some people once again looking their way. ”Wealthy... Upper class... Snobs...” He muttered, his voice was low enough so only some one standing about as far from him as Lillian was could pick up his words. ”How... You?” He said, his words were slow as he slowly rose on leg up so he was merely standing on one while his arms flared out at his sides. Even after the period between their last meeting it seemed that Arashi was still deep routed in doing rather random things.
”Find... Kitsune?”

[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]Lillian watched him, blinking as he spoke. A thoughtful tone escaped her lips and she looked in the direction behind her. "Shirotsume Town?" The words were more a statement than a question. She sounded out the town before deciding the way she pronounced it. When her acquaintance had spoke a few descriptive words of what the people in this town were like, Lillian thought. So basically these people were rich? "Well... Do you know what Jewels look like?" She asked, curious. Her tone was soft still and her clam and collected laid-back gaze focused on him. Soon enough, she heard Arashi speak again. "I'm okay." She replied quickly. " A little empty. I was just having a wander about. It's not easy living here, you can't forage fresh food." Not without getting chased away. The male suddenly had his arms spread and Lillian watched him with a confused look. "Find... Kitsune. Find Kitsune Lament? Why? Lillian watched him, letting out a soft nod. It gave her something to do to get her mind off this grumble in her stomach. "Okay. Why not?" She turned around on the ball of her boots heel, and paused. He remained in his strange position as his violet eyes merely peered at her with utmost boredom as she asked him which way. His foot once again met the ground with a very soft tap before he moved up to her side. His hand reached into the pocket of his pants as he pulled out what some would consider to be just pieces of paper. They were strange, adorn with strange symbols along with the number 100 etched in the top left hand corner and the bottom right hand corner. He roughly at around five of the pieces which he merely shook his hand at her. ”Jewels...” He said, whether he got the money through work, found it or even stole it was unknown as he tried to help her with understanding just what jewels were. ”Amount...” He said, merely poking at the number in the top left and bottom right hand corners of the paper.
He merely slipped the five pieces of paper into the closest of her pockets as he looked at her and slowly began to move forward. If she was actually able to see his face she probably would have seen the small smile that was plastered on his face. Also if he had any sort of sense he probably would have realized how strange and just what sort of impression he gave off on others by slipping money into a female's pocket. His pace this time around was a little more quick as he was moving at more of a brisk walk to light jog pace forward as he spread his arms out. The ends of his sleeves flapped at his side as he moved forward as if pretending he was soaring through the air much like a bird.
Childish would probably be the first thing to come to anyone's mind as they viewed the sight of what appeared to be at least a teenager moving quick down the street acting flapping their arms like a bird. That or they were insane... Pick your poison.

[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top] Lillian watched him as he waved the pieces of paper that had the number 100 on them. Even numbers made no sense to her, they just looked like pictures that weren't making any sense. As he placed them in their pocket, some people around them gasped and started whispering to each other. Afterward, Arashi had turned and began to walk off with his arms spread wide. Lillian caught sight of purple, but it was quick and seemed happy. Her green eyes brightened a little and she turned to follow him, paying no heed to the people. As he flapped his arms, Lillian smirked and let out a soft and cool laugh. Her arms spread and she began to glow, beautiful rainbow hues of feathers grew from her body and took over her before she leaped into the air and curled her legs against her stomach. Her body formed into a bigger creature and her length grew and seemed to be more agile. When she was done, she was a phoenix. Her feathers flowing violently behind her and her wings beating in the air until she was soaring through the sky. Letting her wings wave in the soft breeze, she landed in front of Arashi and turned to face him. People had stopped moving, their eyes wide. Some were staring in awe, others in fear. Lillian looked around at them all before back towards the masked male. She took a step forward, her amethyst eyes meeting his mask and she softly tapped it with her beak before turning around and lowering herself down to the ground and looking towards him. A small cry emitted from her beak and she flattened her wings to the ground before beating the stone ground and chasing dust, tucking her wings back against her sides after. Spell Name: Form of the Phoenix Type: Phoenix magic Level: greenhorn Range: Self Description: Transforms Lillian into the phoenix that has been sealed within her soul. It grants her the ability to use some spells as a phoenix. Drawback: The transformation only lasts two posts.

Arashi continued to wander around, flapping his arms much like he was a bird as he seemed to lose every bit of care in the world. Normally quite the introvert he seemed to open up a little to Lillian in that they were both close to the same in that he had no recollection of his past or really any memory of most of the world. He closed his eyes, using the lack of friction his boots gave to slide along the ground as he weaved through people with no care in the world. He assumed that Lillian had been following him as he hadn't taken any notice to the gasps and whispers of the onlookers who had began to watch the two closely.
His eyes opened to a sight that he wasn't sure that he would ever see as a rather large bird had landed in front of him causing him to stop and drop his arms to his sides. He felt the vibrations of his mask as the bird stepped forward and lightly tapped it. His hand lightly ran against his mask as if looking for any scratches before looking towards the bird once again as she turned and lowered herself to the ground. He wasn't entirely sure just what it was doing as it looked back, emitted a small cry and tucked it's wings in. He wandered up to it, not entirely knowing of it being Lillian as his mind skipped a beat and wasn't entirely sure about what was happening.
In a moments notice he was atop the bird as he released a very soft chuckle and ran his fingers against the beautiful, almost angelic feathers of the bird. He was light, probably more so than what anyone or thing would expect a human of his height to be. Despite being fast and agile he was almost nothing more than skin and bones. ”Beautiful...” He said, chuckling softly at the end of his word as he continued to run his fingers along top the soft feathers of the bird. ”What's... Name...?” He asked, interested in the bird more so than the lack of Lillian which had he noticed and put two to two together he probably would have realized who the Phoenix really was. ”Nice bird...”

[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]Lillian let out a soft murr as he finally mounted her back, she was careful to spread her wings in the enclosed space and then looked up at her friend with the same amethyst eyes. Taking a few steps forward, she watched as the people stood on either side of the paths; wide-eyed and in awe after having seen Lillian transform. Lillian's wings burst a part when she reached a big cross road and she beats them and her body lifted off the ground. She flew slanted up, allowing the wind to carry her. Her tail feathers flown and helped level her out. She took note of the park and let out a soft cry. She felt the magic within her depleting and she turned herself so she was pointed down. Her talons at ready, she landed on the ground with a small thud and then began to glow once more. She began to shrink and Lillian stood there, hand against her forehead. "Hello there." She greeted him with a kind smile, before sitting down at the fountain and looking at the ground with her green eyes half closed. "My name is Lillian." She let out a soft, warm laugh before letting her expression change. • MANA; 100% [xx/xx] • OOC; OOC here •

Arashi gave another child like chuckle as he looked back at the eyes of the bird that he was atop of. His legs folded beneath his body as he gently placed his hands against her back as she took but a few steps forward. His eyes looked around to the people who merely stared in awe and with a wave of his hand he quickly dropped to her back as she took off. His eyes looked forward as she took off, the strange mask wearing figure riding on her back as she flew above the city and before long he found himself on the ground once again with the bird. Then in a split moment it began to change, his violet eyes watching curiously as it glowed and shrank down to a more human like form and before long he was greeted by Lillian once more.
He was completely surprised and had his mask not been blocking his face she would have seen the look on his face. ”Lillian... A-A... Amazing!” He said, throwing his hands up in the air as he began to wave them around. ”Amazing magic...!” He said, honestly impressed with the type of magic that she knew if she was capable of changing into such an interesting and beautiful creature. ”Mine... Not so amazing...” He said, humming softly to himself as he once again dropped his arms to his sides and turned his gaze onto the girl sitting at the fountain. He began to move, his stride was long as he seemed to leap from spot to spot before finally jumping into the air.
A quick turn was all it took before he found himself landing on the fountain next to Lillian with a very wide smile on his face beneath his mask. ”So... Interesting... Spectacular...” He said, his words of praise for her as he still seemed so intrigued with her magic. If she had any sense of atmosphere she would be able to feel the child like wonder that he was giving off as he turned and quickly hugged her. ”What else can do!?” He asked, his voice high pitched as he laughed very softly once again as he seemed locked onto her side much like a giant growth. ”Show more magic!” He said, being kind of demanding but he only continued to give of a interested, child like persona.

[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]Lillian watched him as he suddenly leaped side to side and praised her magic. She lifted her hand to her face, removing the water that formed on her skin. Magic wasn't easy for her, she couldn't simply cast it like mages around Fiore were capable of doing. Watching Arashi, Lillian let out a soft chuckle. Her laugh was soft, caring. "It's not magic." Lillian wasn't sure if what she said was true or false, but whatever the case it definitely didn't feel like magic; even if it consumed mana. "I have a phoenix goddess that lives within my body. She breathes the same air I breathe. I can only summon her for a short period before I am forcefully changed back." She crossed her legs, stretching. "It strains my body."Suddenly, his arms wrapped around her and she wasn't sure whether to hug or pat his back. Leaning against him a little, she gave a sort of awkward hug and then pressed her hand to his head, turning to face him after. "Alright, I'll do some more magic." She pressed a hand to his waist and gave a soft push, in a sort of kind way of asking him to move off her so she could show him. "but first, I want you to do something for me." Her gaze held against the mask, her expression had hardened and her lips had pursed. "Can I see you?" She traced her fingers softly against the mask, following the detail. He remained latched onto her, her words ringing in his head as she had commented on it not being magic and that it was actually a phoenix goddess that lived inside of her. It was interesting and it certainly was more so if it was true which he found no reason not to trust her words. ”Phoenix...” He mumbled to himself, the word was kind of foreign but he merely pictured the form she had been in only moments ago and pieced it together with the word and his face lit up before his gaze was turned towards her as he felt her push on his waist along with the comment on that she would do more magic. He shook his head quickly as he was certainly ready to see even more magic from this person as he was definitely interested.
One eyebrow from beneath the mask perked up when she mentioned how she wanted to do something for her which he was curious on what she wanted from him. Her words had confused him at first as she was clearly able to see him unless he was less visible than he thought he was. It wasn't until he felt her finger running along his mask and she mentioned that she meant him without the mask. He finally scooted a little ways from her as he seemed to hesitate a little as his cheeks did warm up slightly from a blush. ”I-I guess...” He said, remaining close to her, his hand left his side and rose up to the mask.
His hand was once again revealed as it lightly took hold of the mask which normally kept his face hidden from the world. He trusted Lillian and it seemed to be returned as she was willing to show him more of her magic. Slowly his mask moved, tracing along the right side up his face towards the top right of his head where he was going to let it rest. It was a quick reveal and soon enough light violet eyes were revealed for her as they both looked to her with such soft resolve. Beneath both eyes was a red line starting from just about on his nose and reached to the other side of both eyes. Underneath the lines at the end closest to his ears were three small dots. His skin was fare, showing that he probably had little to no skin tone of his body. It was also a youthful facial structure showing that he probably wasn't no older than around his teenage years. ”Please don't laugh...” He said, his sleeve covered hands ran up and overed his face from his nose and below while his eyes closed. Despite him having no reason to believe so, he believed that he wasn't that great looking which was one of the multitude of reasons he wore his mask.

[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]Lillian's gaze widened, her eyes looking at the male as his mask was removed. She couldn't believe what she saw. Her fingers softly trailed the red marks and she couldn't help but admire the markings he had. "Your markings are better than my own." She spoke softly, almost breathing the words. "Now I'll keep to my word. This may hurt you, but it's only because you asked." Taking hold of his kimono sleeve, her hands lifted it up over his right arm and she trailed her fingers softly over his skin before allowing them to pierce the skin about 2 layers deep. Watching the blood draw, she leaned away and stood up. Spreading her arms, she let her phoenix form take place and walked over to his arm, nuzzling it softly with her beak and looking directly at the wound. Afterward, she leaned over; head was aimed directly above the wound and let a tear fall down her cheek, wetting her feathers and land on the wound. The wound would then get slightly hot, revealing a tingling sensation to Arashi before slowly sealing and soon enough the wound was no more. The blood had formed back into the wound, leaving not even a small mark. Afterward, Lillian looked around. She picked up a medium sized rock with her right foot, the talons holding it against the base of her foot and she chucked it. As it landed, she let feathers fall down, encasing the rock and soon enough the rock was being held in place. Letting the feathers fall and vanish, Lillian transformed to normal and pressed her hands to her temples. "I only have two more..." She forced herself to focus and took a slow deep breath. She had an aura around her, it was oddly similar to a bubble and heat radiated off it. Soon enough, Arashi would get the feeling of warmth and Lillian's eyes opened. "Blessing of the Guardian." Her voice was soft and the sensation that would be in Arashi got stronger before enveloping him internally. Cancelling it afterward, Lillian moved over to the fountain, falling back on it with a heaving sigh and lifted her arms. "Last spell." She let feathers fly out of her hands, roughly at the pace of a child running and crash against the tree, almost enough to make it topple over. The sharp edges penetrating the trees bark. Lillian lowered her hands after and let out a soft but tensed laugh. She hadn't realized just how much she had let her guard drop around this male, but she was contempt. "That's all of them for now." She moved her wrists in circles before sitting closer to him and pulling his kimono sleeve back down, rubbing her arm through the sleeve to back up her apology. He flinched as he felt her fingers delicately run along the red marks that he had beneath his eyes. His eyes opening only as she spoke as she mentioned how the markings were better than her own. She also mentioned how she would keep her word and how it would probably hurt him. Violet merely watched the female in silence as her hand lifted his right sleeve up his arm before trailing her fingers. He was curious on what was about to happen but he flinched slightly as he felt something piercing his skin and he saw blood. He looked at her with a confused look in her eyes as she backed off, returning to the phoenix form before nuzzling his arm which caused him to gasp softly. It wasn't very painful, more like a dull stinging sensation.
Then his arm went hot, feeling a tear land on the wound which caused him to flinch once more as he watched the wound close up once again. The next three spells weren't close to as interesting as one worked more like a entrapment, another was a feeling that brought him strength and the last was an offensive attack of sending feathers out at a tree. His eyes looked to her as she sat closer, pulling his sleeve back down and rubbing his arm. His soft violet eyes looked to his arm once again, this time he wasn't as hyperactive about her spells. He almost seemed a lot more calm with his face now revealed to anyone who happened to be standing around watching the two. He released a very soft sigh before he leaned towards her, his head gently nuzzling her arm in a silent form of acceptance for her apology. His breathing was shallow as his violet eyes once again looked up to her.
”So kind...” He said, his eyes closing for only a brief moment before he leaned forward and allowed his gaze to fall down between his legs which gently swung childlishly as his fingers pressed into the fountain. ”Your abilities... Magic... They are very interesting...” He said, his hand scratched his right cheek as he looked up ahead, there was a faint ting of red on his cheeks as he released another soft sigh. ”I wish... Had magic like... Yours...” He said, his violet eyes looked at her before looking away and releasing another sigh. Obviously he was interested and jealous of her abilities.

[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=valign,top]Lillian watched him, smiling a little and shaking her head. Feeling him lean against her arm and nuzzle in in an acceptance towards her apology. She pressed her cheek to the top of his head and closed her eyes. "I very rarely get to do this with Arlyn." She mused softly, barely audible before pressing her hand to his head and leaning back up. "My magic isn't anything more than weak spells used to support. I'm a supporter, if anything. My main purpose is to make sure nobody on my team dies and that's not easy." She pressed her fingers to the stone that was beneath her body. It was cold and slimy from the constant water that fell on it. "Let me tell you something about me that nobody really knows other than Arlyn, but..." She took a deep breath, looking up at the sky and watching a white cloud float over ahead. "I was born in the tribe of Ash'ai on the volcanic island just off the coast of Fiore." She pointed in the direction she assumed the volcano would be. "It was a beautiful place with plenty of undergrowth and our tribe lived near the beach. It was just us. My mother and father were the tribes leaders and there was a ritual that happened every time their first born reaches a certain age. It's a harsh ritual if there is evil in the heart of the person." She, by now, was using her hands to explain. "My brother, Arlyn and I were aware of this and I wasn't at all phased that I would have to do my duty as the tribes next heir." She shrugged, looking back at the sky. "I had to fall into the volcano and hope that there was nothing but pure light in my heart. When somebody does, they're gifted with a phoenix. It could just be the soul or markings." She pointed a finger to the very center of her chest, right between her collar bones. "This is our tribes markings. The Ash'ai tribe." On the back of her palm was a winged marking, it was in the center of her palm. Soon enough, she began again. "I was gifted with Ash'ai herself, the phoenix goddess. She lives within me and since she's nothing but pure light... I am too. My magic is called Phoenix Magic, or that's what I assume it was." She closed her eyes, feeling the wind brush through her pink hair. "Anyway, many weeks after my ceremony; the Oracle saw something that foretold an omen. I had to be sealed away for a day or two while an "event" happens. At this time, I wasn't sure what the event was, but Erica, my brothers phoenix and Arlyn himself joined me and we were sealed away in a cave at the very center of the volcano." She bit her lower lip. "And then when we woke up... There was nothing but ruins. There was nothing left. Not even a sapling of a tree. Fiore was here and we had never seen this place before. It was new to us. There were these things that people ride in on the sea and none of it makes sense. Three days shouldn't change the world completely." She rose a hand to the sky, her other shielding her face and her gaze calmly watching the clouds. "The inscriptions here aren't what I had. I don't know what anything here says. I get it that it's your language, but our literature is very different. All the signs... If I could real your literature, I'd be able to confidently say what was on there. Take that for example." She pointed to a sign that said "Shirotsume Park" on it. "We never had them. We'd just engrave with charcoal on wooden boards things like Ka-te-gawa Meaning leaders home." She pressed a hand to her cheek and looked lost before laughing. "I'm sorry. I guess I just got lost in thought. I have so many questions, but nobody has the answers." • MANA; 100% [xx/xx] • OOC; OOC here •
